On eyes, think approachable glamour. Black mascara and pencil eyeliner applied closely to the lash line and a sweep of soft, neutral color on your lids is all you really need to look polished and fresh-faced like Fey.
To make neutral lip color last, apply lipstick and blot with a tissue or dust delicately with loose powder and reapply a second layer with a lip brush. Finish with a touch of gloss in the center of your lower lip.
